ASML Workers Union Initiative

What happened

This site was started in early 2026 by an ASML US employee to gauge interest in union representation. That employee is no longer with the company, and active organizing here stopped soon after. The page stays online so anyone who lands here finds a useful next step, and the asmlunion.org domain is held for now in case a future effort wants to pick it up.

If you're an ASML US worker considering organizing

Talk to CODE-CWA, the Communications Workers of America's organizing arm for tech and tech-adjacent industries. They have organizers and legal support, and have helped workers in companies at ASML's scale form unions. The parent union, with broader information, is at cwa-union.org.

Either of those is a far better starting point than this site is in its current state.
